A great place to live and
close to schools and other
services.

It seems to me that there are
alot of different or various
cultures here and I like that.
it seems that everyone is
friendly and understanding.

A great place to live.
Conveniently located to
schools and stores. Parking
may be a bit of a problem and
sometimes the noise can be a
bit much, but overall one of
the finest apartment complexes
in which I have ever lived.
There are very few maintenance
or other problems, and what
few issues that have arisen
during my tenancy have been
addressed by the manager, Ms
Abby Solis, and her fine
staff, quickly, cheerfully,
and efficiently.
The grounds are always quite
clean and The apartment
building interior hallways are
always immaculate and any any
litter or other problems are
adressed immediately by
cleaning and maintenance
personnel.
I would definately recommend
Americana Apartments to anyone
seeking a comfortable, safe
and (relatively) inexpense
housing opportunity.

A very nice apartment. The
only major complaints are the
constant noise, from loud
hispanic music and incredible
amounts of noise from the
people with children living
over my head, and the
unavailability of parking. We
just do not have enough
parking area for each unit to
be allowed two vehicles as is
the current policy. I am 60
years old, have lived in the
Americana Apartments for
almost 20 years and sometmes I
still have to park clear on
the otherside of the complex
from my unit.
As for the noise, the people
living over my head are so
violently noisy that I am
afraid that they are going to
come through the ceiling. At
times I have even heard the
floor joists cracking. This
goes on almost 24 hrs per day,
and when I say anything to
management, all I get is a
smile and their assurance that
they can do nothing about it.
Why, I wonder, did they put
people with children upstairs
over someone's head in the
first place. The noise from
upstairs and the loud Mexican
music from next door give me a
constant headache and
nervousness for weeks at a
time. Management refuses to do
anything about this and the
parking problem.
So, as to what I would tell
someone what it is like, I
would say that if they don't
mind almost constant noise and
having to walk arond the
complex from their car to
their unit, the Americana
Apartments is a good place to
live.
